Between 2021 - 2022, I helped convene a multi-sector collective of 78 citizens that prototyped ideas to improve digital inclusion for the 51,000 low-income families living in public rental flats. I wrote a 125-page guide that contains the detailed tools I used and the lessons learnt, in hopes that this can be a reference for any changemaker (ground-up or working within an organization), looking to organize multi-sector stakeholders to contribute to a complex social issue.

They can learn from what we did well, our mistakes and frameworks, without spending thousands of dollars and hours to figure them out and eventually, design their own way to engage the communities they care about, to respond to the complex challenges that lie ahead.
